7 Days Diet Challenge: Sixth Day

Hello, today is full of food and unfortunately, my body cannot accept them. So I'm just eating a bit than the quantity listed below. At the morning, i had 1 boiled egg which is equal to 56 cal. At 11 am, i ate 1 cup of boiled vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli and tomato). For lunch it is 100 g of boiled lean meat. The vegetables and meat altogether is 347 cal. At the evening, i consume 1 medium fuji apple which equal to 80 cal. A lot of calories consumption today making me eager to do exercise. I dance zumba with my friend but only for 22 minutes. Sweating like a hell make me decided to do this everyday in or out of diet programme. I also read some book telling, combining food and exercise is a good  way to lose weight.


So here is what i ate yesterday but I'm not really taking it all, it's too much, so I gave some to my friend. My weighing scale today have some problem and broke, so I use my friend scale and today even with exercise, I only manage to lose 400 g. Sad case. Never mind, I did enjoy the boiled meat. So my weight is now 104.1 kg and I have lost 7.3 kg in 6 days of this diet program.

Yeah that means I have only 1 more day to finish this hell diet. Cool!
