7 Days Diet Challenge: Final Day and conclusion

Here it goes! Alhamdulillah, yeay, I've finish my 7 days diet program and as a result, I've shedded away 8.5 kg of my weight to 102.9 kg. I really cant imagine I can finish this diet properly. Even though I did not achieve 10 kg as planned, 8.5 kg is already enough to encourage myself to give more effort on losing my weight.

Now after 7 days diet have ended, during breakfast, I've found out that 3 spoon of fried kue tiaw (64 calories) and a small cup of nescafe o (60 calories) is enough to fill my empty stomach. I will have 5 days of rest (consume 400 calories per days) and starting my 13 days diet on this sunday, 27th April 2014.
