Diet Plan: How to lose 10 kg in 7 Day

Originally yesterday, I plan to execute the 13 days diet but with a help from my friend (she's currently trying to lose some weight too), we manage to find another crazy-diet plan of losing 10 kg in a week. 13 days diet is very interesting as i have reduce 8 kg in 13 days as i tried it before. However this diet for me is quite expensive. Massively eating chicken and meat everyday is something that i cant afford. So last night, i've made a decision to give it a try on that 10 kg-7 days diet. This diet really need a strong will as you cannot eat anything in the first 3 days. Me myself, i never miss eating even for a day, before. This is really a big challenge to me. 

I have to tell myself this everytime i feel hungry, "I have eat everything I want in the past 24 year that I have lived, now, why dont I sacrifice just for this 7 days?" mmm. Ok, so here is the rough meal plan for this diet  plan (survey from 3 different blog on this):

Day 1
  • 1.5 L mineral water decomposes into six portion (i think i just drink if i feel hungry).
Day 2
  • 1 L skimmed milk (about 0.3% fat). I cant find any skimmed milk at the shop, so i just buy low fat milk (4% fat) then. At 9 pm, eat an apple.
Day 3
  • 1.5 L mineral water decomposes into six portion.
Day 4
  • 1 L Salad (carrot, salad, tomato) divide into three portion. 2 glass of mineral water or tea without sugar.
Day 5
  • 1 L skimmed milk (about 0.3% fat). An apple at 9 pm.
Day 6
  • Breakfast: a boiled egg.
  • 11 am: 1 cup boiled vegetable. Apple as snack.
  • Dinner: 100 g boiled meat + 100 g canned peas.
  • 9 pm: an apple as snack.
Day 7
  • 100 g cottage cheese ( i replace it with natural yogurt).
  • 2 glasses of milk.
  • A cup of tea without sugar.

People said that this diet can help you lose at least 10 kg and in some cases, they lost 11-11.4 kg in 7 days. The first 3 days, rapid head ache can occur. So today, 15 april 2014, with weight of 111.4 kg, I've just started the first day of this diet. Overall conditions and things experienced today will be concluded in tomorrow's entry.
